Planning for any size event large or small can create an uncomfortable level of stress and sometimes take the fun out of the event. Stress Less Event Planning and Promotion offers a wide range of service options to help make your next less stressful. We offer 4 basic service packages with your budget and level of service needs in mind. A free 1 Hour Initial Consultation is included with each service package. During the initial consultation, we'll sit down with you one-on-one and help tailor an array of services to meet your needs. You can help us better prepare for the initial consultation by completing and submitting the consultation form below. The information you provide will help give us an idea of your planning needs, and help us to be able to make recommendations and offer suggestions as needed.

This is an all inclusive package includes an array of a services (see la carte services menu below. These services are brought together in one package deal. You start with an event in mind and a projected budgeted, then sit down with us to begin the event planning process. Depending on the event, we need an adequate amount of time to start bringing your event together. For birthday parties we generally only need about 6-8 weeks advance notic; for a small wedding, we need 2-6 months advance notice; and for larger weddings, we generally need 6-8 months advance notice. This package is for the Do-It-Yourself audience. If you have already begun the production of your event or would like assistance along the way, the staff at SLEP&P can help. You may be the bride planning her own wedding, or an individual who just don't have the proper time to do everything due to other obligations. We can help you in any stage of your planning process so that on the day of your event, you can enjoy yourself and still impress your guests with your skills and talent.

This package is ideal for those of you who have pretty much planned out every detail of your event but would like some extra hands on the actual day of the event so that you and your family members and guests can relax and enjoy themselves more. We will provide at least two event coordinators the day of the event to help manage the event based on your plans. And although you pay just for the day of event management, we begin work 6-8 weeks beforehand.

Any number of these services can be combined to help meet your specific and individual needs.
